1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

  • No refunds or cancellations are offered on custom-made furniture, kiosks, or interior projects
  • Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled

  • Custom kiosks
  • Customized furniture
  • Interior décor installations

2. Standard / Ready-Made Products

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation
  • Refund eligibility depends on product condition and order status
  • Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable

3. Advance Payments

  • Advance payments are non-refundable
  • Advances are used to secure materials and production resources

4. Order Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Material shortages
  • Supplier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Force majeure events

Such delays do not qualify for refunds.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear images/videos as proof
  • We will review and respond accordingly

6. Cancellation by The Furniture Cafe

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • Payment issues occur
  • Information provided is incorrect
  • Unavoidable circumstances arise

In such cases, an applicable refund may be issued.
